This course is designed for employees, team leads, and managers across various industries who want to build resilience, strengthen mental toughness, and sustain well-being through practical self-care strategies. This beginner-friendly course equips you with tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and maintain personal effectiveness. By cultivating sustainable habits, learners can enhance their own performance, contribute to a healthier workplace culture, and strengthen their capability in wellness-related or people-support roles. It is offered as part of the Well-being First Responder (WFR) series of initiatives developed by the Well-being Champions Network (WCN), a national Community of Practice (CoP) platform supported by the Tripartite Alliance Limited, which is jointly set up by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF).
This course is targeted at professionals in high-demand workplace settings where mental well-being, stress regulation, and peer support are critical. These include people managers, team leads, HR and L&D professionals, and employee wellness advocates. With growing awareness of workplace mental health challenges—such as burnout, emotional fatigue, and stress-related absenteeism—organisations are recognising the need to empower staff with practical self-care tools and resilience strategies. This training addresses that need by equipping participants to build personal resilience, regulate emotional responses, and sustain well-being, while also supporting peers through a psychologically safe and compassionate lens.
